Processing Times: All orders are shipped out within
3-5 business days of purchase from our warehouse. Processing time may be
extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases
and promotions. Sometimes parcels are subject to random checks
which can cause associated delays. Fascinating Nights is not responsible
for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Returns & Exchanges:

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

"Final Sale" items or orders purchased with store credit / Gift Card
are not eligible for return or exchange

SALE - We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale or items
purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion, all
discounted items are considered final sale, unless the items are faulty
and proof is provided by the customer.
